Being a girl today is tough.

They are lonely, anxious and struggle in peer relationships.

The digital world has left us globally connected but real relationships are hanging on by a thread. Girls find their attention being pulled in so many directions while also comparing and competing with one another.

I’ve designed a girls group to address the very things they are struggling with. Through weekly sessions, girls will build healthy friendships while developing leadership and coping skills. Skills they can carry with them and multiply into all of their peer groups.
