Organizational Retreat
Healthy organizations have an understanding of the individuals who are working for and with them. When leaders and employees are intentional about building relationships, they move through conflict, problems, and organizational change with greater ease and strength. Being in relationship with one another allows teams to build on the innate strengths that each team member has and enables placement in positions that will not only build self confidence for each person, but also contribute to the overall health and success of the organization.
We are ready to come alongside your organization in a day long, or multi day retreat, as we seek to help your team move through conflict, how to honor one another and to develop compassion for ourselves and others.
Cost: $1100 per agency, plus an additional $80 per person for individual Core Values Index survey and supplies.
Girl’s Group Retreat
Girl’s Group Retreats allow time to develop relationships and deepen trust between girls group members. There will be time for the girls to deeply connect with one another, as well as grow in their faith, confidence and identity.
During the retreat, girls will focus on the power of thinking through our choices, using discernment, and employing the fruit of self-control during the teen years, where risk factors increase and brains change drastically. Processing what discernment and self-control look like with regard to social media, words, our bodies, and our thoughts, this retreat will be a powerful time for girls to have deep dialogue around issues we are all concerned about. Subject matter is brought using pieces of Courageous Girls Curriculum developed by Terra Mattson.
Target Age: Middle School ages 11-14 (High School Retreats Coming Soon)
Booking for an entire group: Retreat minimum/maximum 6 girls

Mother/ Daughter Retreat
Mother/Daughter retreats are designed to leave the chaotic world just for one night in order to pause and develop deeper relationships between mothers and daughters. Retreats are focused by age groups of daughters in order to foster connection and conversations on very vulnerable topics such as purity, guarding hearts, boys and body image.
Whether you have your own group of mothers and daughters you are looking to hold a retreat with, or if you and your daughter are seeking to be added to a group who are attending, we have space for you.
Retreat minimums: 3 pair of mother/daughters (6 total)
Retreat maximum: 8 pair of mother/daughters (16 total)
Cost: $500 per pair includes one overnight stay, meals, materials
Please note: there will be a $16 service charge added for those who pay with a credit or debit card.
Perhaps you do not have a daughter, or your daughter is grown, but you value the connection between a mother and her daughter and would like to gift the opportunity to attend this retreat to a mother/daughter pair.
